Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using DollarDrop ("the Service"). By creating an account or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

DollarDrop is a community drop pool platform. Users pay $1 per entry into a drop. When a drop's pool reaches its target, one participant is selected at random as the winner. The winner receives the drop item and pays only the shipping cost.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration.
• One account per person is permitted.
• Users who are found to be abusing the system or using multiple accounts will be permanently banned.

3. Payments

• Each entry costs exactly $1 (USD equivalent).
• Payments are processed via MonCash (Haiti) or card (Dominican Republic and other countries).
• All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once an entry has been recorded.
• In the event of a payment processing error, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

4. The Draw

• The draw occurs automatically when a pool reaches 100% of its target amount.
• Winners are selected randomly from all entries in that pool using a certified random selection process.
• Administrators may manually draw a winner before a pool is 100% full in exceptional circumstances.
• Each $1 payment constitutes one independent entry. Multiple entries increase your chances proportionally.
• The draw result is final and cannot be contested.

5. Winning and Prize Claim

• Winners will be notified by email immediately after the draw.
• To claim a prize, the winner must pay the shipping fee and contact DollarDrop via WhatsApp within 30 days.
• If a winner does not claim their prize within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited and a new draw may be held at DollarDrop's discretion.
• DollarDrop is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping once they have been dispatched.

6. Privacy

• Your email address and phone number are never shown to other players.
• Your first name is displayed publicly in the live entry feed when you enter a drop.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to process your payment.
• By registering, you consent to receive transactional emails (verification, winner notification) from DollarDrop.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempt to manipulate or hack the draw system.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to make entries.
• Engage in fraud, chargebacks, or payment disputes in bad faith.

8. Limitation of Liability

DollarDrop is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or available at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DollarDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
